Wepa Commercial Cleaning is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned commercial cleaning company established in 2018 and headquartered at 2244 Main Street, Suite 3, Chula Vista, CA 91911. We are certified as an SDVOSB, California DVBE, VOB, MBE, and SLBE, and we have delivered more than $8.3 million in janitorial and facility services contracts for federal, state, and municipal agencies, including the County of San Diego, the Port of San Diego, the Port of Long Beach, the City of San Diego, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We specialize in commercial, institutional, and government facility cleaning, specialized floor maintenance programs, and drone-assisted window cleaning. Our military-standard quality control system keeps every client involved in the progress of their project, and our founder, Francisco Rivera, was named the SBA's 2024 Small Business Person of the Year.
